252 is our summer internship for high school students that is designed to help them follow Jesus’ example of growing in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man that is found in Luke 2:52.
Starting on June 2nd, high school students from across the state will spend the summer growing in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man just like Jesus did in Luke 2:52. At your campus, you will meet in person three days a week for times of devotion, leadership teachings, and connecting with Highlands Staff. You will also have hands-on serve and evangelism opportunities. There's no better way to grow in your relationship with God and others from your campus!
This is going to be the best summer yet!

How long is the internship?
2 months - 2:52 starts on June 2nd and finishes up at Motion Conference on July 31st!
What if I’m on vacation for some of the days during 2:52?
We understand that things will come up and vacations are often planned in advance. To make sure you get the most out of your internship, we ask that you miss no more than two weeks (6 days).
What is planned for Tuesdays?
We do not have anything required for 2:52 on Tuesdays. However, on the second Tuesday of June and July, there will be an optional Motion Night set-up serve.
How old do I have to be to join 2:52?
2:52 is a high school internship, so if you’re anywhere from 14-18 we want you to be a part!
Is travel covered on days that all campuses come together in Birmingham?
Yes - If you are a student at a campus that is not located in Birmingham, we will cover your travel.
